Living in North Wales, Sophie has gained two degrees in History and Law. Having then worked in the property sector for three years she decided to turn her eye to baking and decorating occasion cakes.

Sophie has baked for family and friends for years and has established love.eat.cake to share her inspired creations with others.

Scrumptious, mouth-watering and delicious, Sophie believes that cakes should taste as good as they look. Every cake and cupcake is baked with passion, designed with style and simply irresistible!

When not baking, Sophie delights in spending time with her three siblings and naughty puppy Bertie!
